Caleb Jamin Studios is a growing studio in the Des Moines Metro area. From our studio on Main Street Ames, we travel to capture all your precious moments.

Our approach to weddings is different from most photographers. We treat each individual wedding as an event and to not charge by the hour. Rather, we are present during the entire event to creatively capture your story.

Our style is unique. We use a photojournalistic approach to capture your story, while taking time to select specific locations to capture beautiful bridal portraits. This combination of styles allows is to capture your memories in both an avant-garde and formal portrait style.

Allie + Thomas

We recently reconnected with Allie & Thomas, a lovely couple we had the privilege of photographing in August last year. Their wedding was gorgeous! Even though it was last year, we HAD to share some of their photos. (Some of our studio favorites came from their wedding.) Thanks again for letting us be apart of your day! Nicole + Brian

Last weekend, Caleb had the pleasure of photographing his cousin Nicole and Bryan in Kansas City. Though the weather was cloudy and slightly rainy, the day was filled with excitement! Everyone had a wonderful time exploring the sites of KC, taking pictures at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts and the WWI Memorial. It was great to find someone wonderful places to take photos. The ceremony was beautiful and the reception was fantastic. The fire alarm during the reception was an added bonus! Overall everyone had a wonderful time and we couldn’t wait to show you just a few gorgeous pictures from the day. Congrats to Nicole and Bryan! Thanks for letting us be apart of your special day!
